Description of Service Apex Pit Wall is a sim racing strategy and team management platform. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying features. 3. Accounts - You must provide accurate information when registering - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account - You must be at least 16 years old to use the service 4. Subscriptions & Payments - Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe - Prices are displayed in your selected currency - You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period - Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems - Interfere with or disrupt the service - Reverse engineer any part of the platform 6. Intellectual Property All content, code, and branding on Apex Pit Wall is owned by us. Your team data and uploaded content remain yours. 7. Limitation of Liability Apex Pit Wall is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. 8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. 9. Changes We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. 10.
