1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- No partial refunds are given for unused time in the current period
2. Refund Requests
We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged in error
- The service was significantly unavailable during your billing period
- You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@apexpitwall.com with:
- Your account email
- The reason for your refund request
- The date of the charge
We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days on your statement.
