Access within the product is limited (for example, team setup material is intended for members of that team only). Like any hosted service, content may be accessible to us and our subprocessors for essential purposes such as operating the platform, monitoring and maintaining security, preventing abuse, backups, recovery, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell your uploads and we do not use team strategy or setup content for advertising. Apex Pit Wall does not provide end-to-end encryption for uploaded files. Do not upload information you are not permitted to share or that you consider too sensitive for standard cloud storage. 6. Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us or submitting a data request through the platform. 7.
